I’m currently offering web design services for small WordPress websites. This service is best suited for personal websites, portfolio pages, blogs, and small-businesses. If you’re not familiar with WordPress, it’s a content management system that makes updating your website easy through a very user-friendly interface. Basic WordPress Site: $500
Services include:
- Getting you set up with a web host and domain name (first year included in cost)
- Installation of WordPress on your host
- Installation and some customization of a WordPress theme that meets your website’s needs functionally and aesthetically
- Up to 10 pages filled with your custom content
- Written tutorials for how to use your new site
- Standard plug-in installation for Google Analytics, and installation/set-up of up to 3 additional plug-ins of your choice (for features like slideshows, galleries, etc.)
- Custom logo design available for an additional $50
What I can’t provide:
- Extensive customization/graphic design, or a from-scratch theme
- Custom WordPress plugins, or e-commerce/shopping cart functionality
- Extensive support post-completion
- Writing copy for your website
Important Details:
- Expected turn-around time: 2 weeks after finalization of client’s needs
- Half of payment ($250) must be made up-front, the other half will be due before the website is launched. PayPal only.
