About Me

My name is Natalie.  I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2009 with a B.A. in Media Studies and Japanese Language and Literature, and I’m currently living in Charlottesville, VA.

I like to do creative things.  I taught myself HTML in 1996 and have been tinkering with web design ever since.  I’ve done web development for the University of Virginia Library Communications Department and a handful of friends and family.  I don’t do too much back-end, but I know my way around WordPress enough to have fun with it.  I’m also pretty good with the Photoshop and can use Illustrator and InDesign as well.  I recently worked as a creative intern in the marketing department at Bazaarvoice in Austin, TX.

I also like drawing, sewing, photography, and basically anything that lets me be creative.  For fun, I enjoy video games, playing the piano, mysteries, and puzzles.
